Terms of Service for StepRight™ Platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StepRight platform (“App”), operated by Remarqably Digital Ventures, LLC, doing business as VelocityNex ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using StepRight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Overview
StepRight is a lead management and buyer engagement system designed for licensed real estate professionals. It provides tools for client tracking, property tours, AI-assisted match scoring, and branded lead capture, accessible via a subscription-based model.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a licensed real estate professional or authorized representative of a real estate business.
- Have authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business or team (if applicable).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity occurring under your account.
- Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
4. Use of the App
You may use StepRight only for lawful purposes, and only in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
- Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Share or resell access without permission.
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the App’s functionality.
- Access or scrape data not intended for you.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
StepRight offers tiered subscription plans. By subscribing:
- You agree to recurring billing, unless canceled.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
- Plan upgrades or downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.
6. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of any content or data you input (e.g., client profiles, property notes). You grant us a license to use this data to operate and improve the App.

7. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS notifications from StepRight related to your account and activity within the platform.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on activity and may be up to 10 messages per week while under contract with a buyer.
- You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications.

These messages are transactional and are sent only to registered, opted-in users.
8. Intellectual Property
All StepRight software, branding, features, and design elements are owned by VelocityNext or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or modify any part of the App without written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
StepRight may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email, SMS, analytics). We are not responsible for those services or any harm arising from their use.
10. Disclaimers
StepRight is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Lead quality, conversion, or business results.
- Uptime or error-free operation at all times.
- That StepRight will meet every user’s specific expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VelocityNext and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, data, or profits
- Claims exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, you lose access to StepRight and related data may be deleted.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in Los Angeles County, California.
